Jane Campbell Complementary Therapies is situated in a tranquil treatment room in Dingwall offering a wide range of Complementary Therapies to help you relax and unwind to encourage a happier, healthier you.

I am passionate about providing a haven for you to feel comfortable, relaxed and take the time you need to release your worries to fully switch off and gain the most from your chosen treatment. I see myself as a facilitator in your journey, as I cannot heal you; only your body can do that; but I can assist you to restore balance and harmony.

People book appointments for a variety of reasons but ultimately they have decided to take charge of their own health and well-being. I believe in the holistic approach to health and think that we are like snowflakes in that no two are the same; we are all unique individuals and our approach to full health needs to be tailored to what is best for us.


I am a fully qualified therapist trained in Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki and Indian Head Massage. The majority of my training has been carried out with the Scottish Massage Schools.

A few years ago I was run down due to over-exercising, not eating the correct foods and not managing my stress levels adequately. I have always had a love of all things natural and found that complementary therapies, along with nutritional therapy, played a huge part in my journey to full health.

My top tips for managing my stress levels and having a more balanced life include:

1. Let go off, and stop worrying about, what you can’t control

2. Eat unprocessed, nutritious, tasty food and drink plenty of water

3. Exercise regularly but don’t overdo it

4. Spend time with your loved ones

5. Meditate daily

6. Be grateful every day; when you adopt this attitude you realise how much you have to be thankful for

7. Have fun

8. And of course, have regular Reflexology, Reiki and Massage
