Unwind and let your worries, aches and pains fade away with a relaxing treatment of your choice

Jane Campbell Complementary Therapies is situated in a tranquil treatment room in Dingwall offering a wide range of Complementary Therapies to help you relax and unwind to encourage a happier, healthier you.

I am passionate about providing a haven for you to feel comfortable, relaxed and take the time you need to release your worries to fully switch off and gain the most from your chosen treatment.  I see myself as a facilitator in your journey, as I cannot heal you; only your body can do that; but I can assist you to restore balance and harmony.

People book appointments for a variety of reasons but ultimately they have decided to take charge of their own health and well-being.  I believe in the holistic approach to health and think that we are like snowflakes in that no two are the same; we are all unique individuals and our approach to full health needs to be tailored to what is best for us.

I am a fully qualified therapist trained in Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, Zone Face Lift and Indian Head Massage.

About eight years ago I was run down due to over-exercising, not eating the correct foods for my body and not managing my excessive stress levels adequately.  I have always had a love of all things natural and found that complementary therapies, along with nutritional therapy, played a huge part in my journey to full health.

In 2013 I went on adventure which was a turning point in my health and I see it as the catalyst to where I am in my journey today.  For 12 days I cycled through Vietnam and Cambodia to raise money for the Highland Hospice.  It was an amazing opportunity to experience these countries and meet some of the wonderful people who live there.  I had such a fantastic time and the memories will live with me forever.  A small part of my heart was definitely left in Asia.

My top tips for managing my stress levels and having a more balanced life include:

  1. Let go off, and stop worrying about, what you can’t control
  2. Eat unprocessed, nutritious, tasty food and drink plenty of water
  3. Exercise regularly but don’t overdo it
  4. Spend time with your loved ones
  5. Meditate daily
  6. Be grateful every day; there is so much in life to be thankful for
  7. Have fun
  8. And of course have regularly Reflexology, Reiki and Massage
